Accommodation

Accommodation possibilities in the area have greatly increased during the last years. Nestorio and many villages on Mt. Gramos already have guest houses, some being municipal or rental rooms which complement the prefecture's other
accommodation facilities. Most villages at a lower altitude have many restaurants and tavernas. But even higher than Nestorio one can find open shops depending on
the day and season: in Pefko, Kotyli, Pefkofyto, Chryssi, Eptahori and even Gramos. No matter where we find ourselves we have every reason to taste the local products: good quality meat, beef or pork or lamb or goat, cheese, tsipouro and also beans, chestnuts, apples, walnuts and honey.
